At New York Volleyball, every product is made-to-order just for you. We partner with Printify to ensure high-quality production and reliable delivery.

Processing Time

• Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

• Because each item is made uniquely for you, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times

• Orders within the United States are usually delivered in 2–5 business days after fulfillment.

• Please note: these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or holidays).

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required. You will never see shipping fees added at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Wrong Address Policy

• Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

• We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because each item is custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with Printify to make it right.
